I am so grateful to Loreta and the team of caregivers at Your Loving Family in Bolingbrook. When my 94 year old mother fell on November 16, I needed to find an agency that would provide 24-7 care so that my mom could remain in her home. All of the caregivers have been extremely compassionate and have delivered excellent care to my mom as she recuperated from her injury. Currently my mom is thriving and her caregiver, Dalia has been by her side every step of the way. The name of their agency, Your Loving Family,  says it all, you and your loved one are treated just like a family member.

The caregivers Loreta provided were very attentive, compassionate, professional, trustworthy and self-motivated women. They carefully followed the schedule I laid out for them for the care of my dad, including feeding, proving medication, bed baths and incontinence care, as well as social interaction. They also attended to all needed household chores at my dad's apartment, including cooking, laundry and light cleaning. I was happy that there were only two consistent caregivers assigned to provide 24x7 coverage, to minimize the confusion to my dad. He grew especially fond of one of the caregivers, and they became good friends.

Loreta  provided live-in caregivers for the care of my father for several weeks prior to his passing at the end of August 2017. Loreta was extremely kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful to me in this process. She was a blessing at this difficult time. She is clearly an experienced caregiver, understands what care is needed in this situation, and provided caregivers to appropriately fill this need.

Loreta conducted her business in a very professional manner. She always responded and delivered on her promises in a timely manner. A regular care plan with consistent caregivers was established, and if there were any changes required, she notified me in a timely manner to work out a mutually agreeable plan.
